Cut the end of shiitake mushroom and chop it into 5mm blocks. Stir-fry those small mushroom blocks with sesame oil on the flying pan for 1~2 min. add some soy sauce and miso, stir for 1~2min.
2. Making the soup :
Mix boiled water with soy milk, oh! dashi, turmeric miso, and some salt. Then heat it.
3. Cooking noodles with enough boiling water, and then make sure to drain the noodles.
4. Finishing :
Put the noodles in a bowl, pour in soup and the chopped mushroom sauce which made previously. In the end add some seasoning or spice with preference.
