Tree of gods -Yakusugi-

The installation will give you an interactive experience and artistic performance of Yakusugi tree table.We invite visitors to feel the flow of the eternal time in Yakushima by projecting images and movements directly on the wood grain pattern, where Yakusugi reflects its own beautiful and special pattern created by nature.The exhibition will open during Milano Salone 2018.

日本人が古来より信仰してきた屋久島の屋久杉。1000年以上生きてきた屋久杉が雷や台風などの天災を逃れ、ここへやってくるまでの時間を言語ではなく、プロジェクションを通じて表現したテーブルをミラノサローネにて展示。
